Personal information collected

When you make an enquiry to me I collect the contact details you have provided, such as your address, email address and telephone number.

How your information is used

Your contact details will be used for the purposes of communicating with you regarding your enquiry and, if you then engage me to undertake any work for you, your details will also be used for regular communication with you for the duration of the work. The information is also used for record keeping and accounting. Your contact details will not be used to send out newsletters or general marketing emails.

Consent

By contacting me and supplying your contact details you give permission to receiving a reply, as outlined above. You have the right to request a copy of the information I hold for you.

How long I keep your information

I have a legal obligation to retain contact details on paying clients for five years. You have the right to withdraw your contact details at any time. Subject to legal requirements, you have the right to request that your information is erased from my records.
